Emiliano Rodriguez

Born in LA, Emiliano is a very diverse individual. From first-generation college graduate to track star to businessman, there’s not much he doesn’t enjoy being involved in. In his first year, he was the #9 rep in SouthLand, while balancing USC as an applied mathematics major.

Within 2 years, Emiliano was promoted to Branch Manager and generated over $105,000 in sales. He was then called to overlook the LA area as District Manager in 2021. As a DM, he’s looking to impact young adults at a personal, professional and financial level. He aims to create a positive ripple effect on the world by developing leaders and remove their preconceptions & limiting beliefs about what they can and cannot accomplish.

Emma started in the Hollywood District Office in April of 2023. She immediately had an impact on the team, setting the Spring Fast Start Record in the LAD with over $5,500 in sales just 10 days into the job. Since then, Emma has moved up to Assistant Manager where she continues to lead in sales while also helping with the talent acquisition, primarily through LinkedIn. She also coaches new team members get the “fast start” she had and help build a championship team.

Rudy is what “Vector Opportunity” is all about. He started without any previous work experience. A 2021 graduate from Nogales High, Rudy was recommended to the job by a close friend. In his first summer, Rudy became the #1 sales rep, reaching $20,000+ in sales. He quickly became an inspiration to his peers across the SouthLand, which led to his promotion to Branch Manager in 2022. Having experienced the thrilling life of a business owner, Rudy is more certain than ever to finish Business school at Cal Poly Pomona to pursue Real Estate.
