This position is 100% flexible. Representatives can choose to work days, evenings, weekends, part-time, or full-time.
Our reps work with a manager weekly to design a schedule that works for them around classes, athletics, and other obligations. Since life fluctuates week to week, representatives are not bound to any fixed schedule or required to fulfill a minimum hours per week.

Nope! All the materials given such as handouts, scripts and product samples are completely free.

No problem, most people start with no prior experience. We provide all the training to succeed as a rep. The 3-day hybrid training program is led by experienced professionals with decades of experience.
These sessions are interactive, engaging and fun. We also offer additional office hours, training workshops and sales conferences. We believe one’s personal success will rarely surpass their level of personal development.

Most of our representatives are full-time students. Our staff understands that academics will always take priority over work. Our goal is to provide an opportunity that allows students to work flexibly around school to develop tangible soft skills, while maintaining good academic standing.
Our company’s training is respected nationally, and our endeavor is to leave students better-equipped to land their dream jobs and impact society in meaningful ways. Many of our representatives also qualify for internship credit & we award over $50,000 annually in scholarships.

It’s only 3 half-days! One on zoom and two in-person at one of our office locations in LA.

Successful representatives are positive, follow the training program and communicate frequently with their managers. This open line of communication is important because our office is filled with supportive, fun, and experienced managers who want to help you hit your goals. Our top reps love being part of a team and building lasting relationships.

You’ll begin as an entry-level sales and marketing representative. Our reps schedule appointments to introduce potential customers to Cutco through 1-1 presentations. This means our representatives can work from anywhere. It’s not your ordinary 9 to 5 position, and we’ve found that people enjoy the flexibility and opportunities for advancement the job provides.

YES! This is a predominately remote position. Our interviews are 100% online, with training being mostly online too. Post-training, representatives can either continue to work completely from home or have a hybrid schedule.

We have a guaranteed starting base pay of $27.50/appt. This is NOT based on sales. Our reps are paid every Friday, so they see the results of their hard work at the end of the week. We also have a parallel incentive pay program.
Representatives can also earn anywhere from 10%-50% on orders placed (no caps on commission). Our reps are always paid the higher amount each week (base pay or incentive pay), with our top representatives earning $500-$2,000 in their first 10 days with us.
